This section defines who is considered a person with disabilities for this chapter. It includes anyone with a physical or mental condition that greatly limits major life activities, or who has a history of such a condition, or is seen as having one.

The following terms whenever used in this chapter shall have the following respective meanings: "Persons with disabilities" means any person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, or has record of such an impairment, or is regarded as having such an impairment.
