A.
Establishment. There is established a pension board as provided by law.
B.
Organization, duties, and function. The organization and the duties and functions
of the pension board of the county shall be as provided by law, except that the board
shall be attached to the department of finance, and the director of finance shall
be ex-officio secretary and treasurer of the board. (See section 88-181 of the Hawaiʻi
Revised Statutes.)
