This chapter shall apply to all boards and commissions established by the Revised
Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended, as well as those boards, commissions,
and committees established by ordinance and subject to the provisions of section 13-2,
Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended.
