Whenever payment is made on the basis of the monthly, weekly, hourly, or daily rate,
the rate shall be computed in the following manner:
A.
To find the monthly rate, divide the annual rate by twelve;
B.
To find the weekly rate, divide the annual rate by fifty-two;
C.
To find the hourly rate, divide the weekly rate by forty; and
D.
To find the daily rate, multiply the hourly rate by eight.
