A.
To the extent permitted by law, all advisory opinions rendered by the board of ethics
in accordance with article 10, revised charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended,
must be posted on the County's website within thirty calendar days from the date of
the opinion.
B.
Advisory opinions rendered prior to the effective date of this ordinance must be posted
on the County's website within a reasonable amount of time.
