The application for a voter registration data storage device shall be in the form
prescribed from time to time by the clerk and shall include but not be limited to
the following conditions:
A.
A sworn statement that the applicant shall not use or allow the use of the voter registration
data storage device for any purpose other than as provided for in sections 11-14 and
11-97, of the Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, as amended; and
B.
A written agreement that the applicant will defend and indemnify the County and its
agents against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, or losses arising out
of the unlawful or improper use of information contained in the voter registration
data storage device.
