Waivers for current county property occupants

The provisions of subsections 3 and 4 of section 2.86.320 , shall be waived in the event that the applicants are current occupants of property
under county control; provided, however, that such applicants were occupants of the
premises prior to county acquisition of the property regardless of means of such acquisition.
