Restrictions for projects with fee simple units

Units sold in fee simple are subject to deed restrictions in subsection 2.96.060 (B)(4) for 12 years from the closing of the sale. Units sold in fee simple are also
subject to the owner-occupancy requirement in subsection 2.96.060 (C).
