Deed restrictions for projects with leased units

This rule says that housing projects with leased units must have certain deed restrictions for 30 years, starting when the project gets its certificate of occupancy. The restrictions are listed in another part of the code.

Projects in which units are leased shall be subject to deed restrictions set forth in subsections 2.96.070 (B)(2), 2.96.070 (B)(3), and 2.96.070 (B)(4) of this title for thirty years commencing upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy. ( Ord. No. 4941 , § 1, 2018)
