Annual report

Until every proposed unit in the development is sold or initially rented, as applicable,
the developer shall submit an annual report to the council. The annual report shall
contain information relating to the progress of the development and shall be due to
the council within thirty days of the annual anniversary of the fast track housing
resolution approved by council. Failure to submit the annual report in a timely manner
may result in forfeiture of the application fee. The council shall determine whether
the application fee shall be forfeited with the decision to forfeit made by resolution.
