If you break any rule in this chapter, you can be fined or jailed. The fine is at least $25 and at most $500. Jail time can be up to three months, or you could get both.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not less than $25 nor more than $500, or by imprisonment not exceeding three months, or by both. (Ord. No. 3752, § 2, 2010)
