Grubbing permit application requirements

To get a grubbing permit, you must give the county a plot plan. The plan must show where the work will happen, the property lines, and the minimum erosion and dust controls required by the county. You must also include any other information the director asks for.

An applicant for a grubbing permit shall furnish a plot plan showing the location, the property boundaries, and the minimum BMPs under the provisions of section 20.08.035 to prevent dust and soil erosion by wind and water and any other information as may be required by the director.
