Penalties for Littering

A.
Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted
hereunder shall be guilty of a violation. The person shall be ordered to pay the County
for the cost of litter removal and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than
$1,000 for each offense, and ordered to pick up and remove litter from a public place.
