A.
This chapter shall apply to the installation of all outdoor lighting fixtures within
the County.
B.
This chapter shall not be construed to exclude the operation of applicable State statutes
or other County ordinances. In the case of conflict with other County ordinances,
the stricter ordinance shall apply.
