Upon presentation of proper credentials, the director may enter, at reasonable times, any building, structure, or premises to perform any duty imposed upon the director by this chapter. If the owner or the owner's representative does not consent to the entry, the director shall not enter any premises without a warrant or other legal authorization. (Ord. 3430 § 3 (part), 2007)
