In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: "Director" means the director of management. "Plan" means the climate action and resiliency plan approved under section 20.44.030 , including any amendments approved under section 20.44.050 . "Action items list" means the mitigation strategies and actions and the resiliency strategies and actions from the climate action and resiliency plan, approved under section 20.44.030 , including any amendments approved under section 20.44.050 .
