Who can apply for an agricultural park lease

A person who holds a financial interest in one or more lots within the agricultural
park is not eligible to apply for a lease of a lot, sublease of a portion of a lot,
sublease for a portion of the term of a lease, or the assignment of a lease unless
there is no other interested applicant at the time the lot lease, sublease, or assignment
is made publicly available.
