What the mayor's operating budget must include

A. The operating budget which the mayor transmits to the council shall include the following information: 1. Summaries for the County and for each county agency; 2. Definitions for operating expenditure categories. B. The operating budget which the mayor transmits to the council shall include the following information for each revenue category: 1. Estimated revenues for the current fiscal year; 2. Estimated revenues for the ensuing fiscal year. C. The operating budget which the mayor transmits to the council shall include the following information for each position and each operating expenditure category: 1. Expenditures for the preceding fiscal year; 2. Appropriations for the current fiscal year; 3. Requested appropriations for the ensuing fiscal year. D. The operating budget which the mayor transmits to the council shall include the requested appropriation for each piece of equipment requested for the ensuing fiscal year.
