County Finance Reports to Council

The County finance director must give the council a report on County revenues, spending, and overall financial condition. Reports are due on four set dates each year, plus any other times the council asks for one.

The director of finance of the County shall, on February 15th, May 15th, September 30th and November 15th of the year, and at such other times as the council may require, make a statement of revenues and expenditures to the council in accordance with the provisions of section 8-4.3 of the Charter of the County, and generally make a full and specific showing of the financial condition of the County.
