Creating the general excise tax fund

This section creates a special county fund called the general excise tax fund. It requires that 80% of the money from the surcharge in this chapter be put into this fund. The fund's money must be used only as described in another section.

There is established and created a fund to be known as the "general excise tax fund." Eighty percent of all funds that derive from the imposition of the surcharge under this chapter must be deposited into the fund.
