County Fuel Tax Rate

The council of the County sets the amount of the County fuel tax to be levied and collected by the director of taxation of the State, in accordance with law, as set forth in the annual budget ordinance. The effective date shall be in accordance with section 243-5 of the Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes.
