Parking Revenue Fund: Deposits and Use

This section says where parking money goes and how it can be spent. All County parking fees go into a special fund. That money can only be used for purposes listed in another section. The transportation department manages the fund.

A. Except as otherwise provided, there will be deposited into the parking revenue fund all fees collected from County paid parking, including revenue from parking payment devices, parking permits, and parking citations. B. The revenues in the parking revenue fund must not be used for any purpose except for those listed in section 3.31.020 . C. The department of transportation is responsible for the management of the parking revenue fund. ( Ord. No. 5475 , § 1, 2022)
