County must check and report on grants

The county agency must watch over every grant to make sure it follows the rules. Within eight weeks after the fiscal year ends, the agency must send the mayor and council a report on each grant, saying whether it achieved its goals.

A. The agency shall monitor every grant to ensure compliance with this chapter. B. Within eight weeks after the end of the fiscal year, the agency shall transmit to the mayor and council an evaluation of every grant which was appropriated during the fiscal year.
