A.
The director of finance shall establish a separate account to record all revenue credited
to, and expenditures made from, the revolving fund.
B.
Fees collected from Kaunoa senior services leisure program activities shall be used
for the payment of costs associated with Kaunoa senior services leisure program activities.
Expenditures from the fund shall be through appropriations set forth in appendix A.II.
of the annual budget ordinance.
