A. All fees paid to the department of parks and recreation for Hawaii high school athletic events shall be deposited into the fund. B. The revenues in the fund shall not be used for any purpose except for those listed in section 3.39.020 . C. The department of parks and recreation shall be responsible for the management of the fund.
