How bids for county property must be advertised

A.
Publication of a call for tenders for the awarding of concessions or concession spaces
shall be made not less than three times in a newspaper of general circulation in the
County. No more than one of these publications shall be made on any one day or on
two consecutive days.
B.
Publication of a call for tenders for leasing of real property or any improvements
thereon, other than a concession or concession space, shall be made once a week for
at least two weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the County.
