Penalty for misdemeanor violations without a set punishment

If you are convicted of a misdemeanor under this chapter and no other punishment is listed, you can be fined up to $1,000, jailed for up to one year, or both. The fine cannot be suspended or reduced.

Any person convicted of any misdemeanor under this chapter for which no punishment is otherwise prescribed, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, or (if a natural person) imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
