Rules for land to qualify as wasteland development property

This section says which land can be classified as wasteland development property. The land must be at least 25 acres and meet the finance director's rules. Also, land leased for less than 30 years cannot qualify.

Any property of not less than twenty-five acres in area is eligible for classification as wasteland development property if it meets the classification requirements of wasteland property as established by the director of finance. No real property under a lease having an unexpired term of less than thirty years shall be eligible for classification as wasteland development property.
