How passport fees are deposited and used

A. All passport application acceptance fees paid to the County of Maui, as set in the annual budget ordinance, must be deposited into the fund. B. Any balance remaining in this fund at the end of the fiscal year will not lapse, but must remain in the fund accumulating from year to year. C. The revenues in this fund may not be used for any purpose except those purposes listed in section 3.50.020 . D. The director of human concerns must be responsible for the management of the fund.
