Unless otherwise expressly stated, whenever used in this chapter the following terms shall have the following meanings: "Landfill" means the same as the term is defined in section 8.04.010 of this code. "Solid waste" means the same as the term is defined in section 340A-1, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes. ( Ord. No. 4820 § 4, 2018; Ord. 2797 § 2 (part), 1999)
