MCC §3.70.340
When the County Can End a District
Read the official text at library.municode.com ↗This section says when and how the County Council can end a district or replace its board. It can only do so for serious wrongdoing, at the district's request, or at the end of the district's term. It must use a resolution to start and an ordinance to finish, and cannot end a district while bond debt is unpaid.
