Missing a notice does not invalidate county proceedings

If someone does not get a notice, resolution, ordinance, order, or other document, that does not make any county action under this chapter invalid. The council can still hold hearings or take other actions even if someone missed the notice.

The failure of any person to receive a notice, resolution, ordinance, order, or other matter shall not affect in any way whatsoever the validity of any proceedings taken under this chapter or prevent the council from proceeding with any hearing so noticed or other action.
