Bond money must go into a special fund

Money collected to pay off district bonds and related costs must be put into a special bond or reserve fund. That money can only be used for bond payments and related expenses, as the bond ordinance says.

Collections for payment of principal of and interest on bonds and incidental expenses shall be paid into a district bond or reserve fund and shall be used solely for the payment of the principal of and interest on the outstanding bonds of the district and incidental expenses, all as provided in the bond ordinance.
