The director of finance shall establish:
A.
A separate account to record all revenues derived from fees for licensing, impounds,
redemptions, adoptions, and pickups of animals.
B.
Expenditures from the fund shall be through appropriations set forth in appendix A.II.
of the annual budget ordinance.
