Creating the fireworks auditor fund

This section sets up a special county fund called the fireworks auditor fund. Money from fireworks license and permit fees goes into this fund. The fee amounts are set in the annual budget ordinance.

A. There is established and created a fund to be known as the "fireworks auditor fund." B. Fees for licenses or permits required by section 132D-7, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, shall be deposited into the fund.
