Every license issued under this chapter shall be subject to the terms and conditions
of this chapter and any other laws applicable to the business of the licensee, whether
in existence at the time of issue of such license or enacted or amended from time
to time thereafter, and to all applicable rules and regulations of the director and
other governmental agencies as the same may exist or be adopted or amended from time
to time.
