Vendors Cannot Use County Property Without Permission

A.
It is unlawful for any vendor to engage in business on any county highway, shoulder
or other county property unless otherwise authorized herein.
B.
The following uses of county property shall be allowed:
1.
Lunch wagons operating from county public parking spaces, other than municipal parking
lots, provided such lunch wagon is not in violation of any parking limitations affecting
such spaces.
2.
Such property as may be designated by ordinance as areas exempt from the provisions
of this chapter.
