This chapter shall not apply to:
1.
Sales representatives or manufacturers representatives acting in the usual course
of business.
2.
Any sale of goods, wares or merchandise on the grounds or premises of any religious
or benevolent organization or any incorporated agricultural society during any fair
lawfully held by the organization or society.
3.
Any transaction specified in section 481C-1(B), Hawaii Revised Statutes.
4.
Authorized concessions or sales activities within public parks.
