A. Any person who violates sections 5.22.020 (A), 5.22.025 , and 5.22.050 will be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and subject to a fine, imprisonment up to thirty days, or both. B. Any person who violates section 5.22.020 (A) will be subject to a fine not less than $1,000, imprisonment up to thirty days, or both. C. Any person who violates section 5.22.025 will be subject to a fine not less than $500 for a first offense and not less than $1,000 for any subsequent offense within twelve months, imprisonment up to thirty days, or both. D. Any person who violates section 5.22.050 will be subject to a fine not less than $20 nor more than $100, imprisonment up to thirty days, or both. ( Ord. No. 5439 , § 1, 2022; Ord.
