Other Requirements for Bicycle Tours

Any and all other permits and licenses necessary to conduct a bicycle tour must be
secured by the person or business conducting the tour. A granting of a license under
this chapter does not relieve the applicant of the responsibility of complying with
the laws of the federal, state, and county governments applicable to the applicant's
business.
