A.
Any person who violates this chapter, except for sections 5.26.050 and 5.26.080 , shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined $2,000, or
imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
B.
Any person who violates section 5.26.080 shall be fined $250.
C.
The failure of a permittee to file a report in accordance with section 5.26.050 may result in suspension or revocation of the permit by the director.
