A. In addition to any penalties provided under state law, any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined a minimum of $1,000 for each offense and may be imprisoned for up to one year, or both. Each day that such violation exists constitutes a separate and distinct offense. B. Every act or omission constituting a violation of this chapter by any officer, director, manager, employee, or agent of the licensee must be deemed to be the act or omission of such licensee and such licensee is liable for all penalties and sanctions provided by this chapter in the same manner as if such act or omission had been done or committed by the licensee personally.
