Service Animals and Equal Access

A.
Every individual who is blind, deaf, or visually or physically disabled shall have
the right to be accompanied by a guide, signal/hearing or service dog, in any of the
places listed in section 6.05.030B without being required to pay an extra charge for
the guide, signal/hearing or service dog; provided that the blind, deaf, visually,
or physically disabled person shall be liable for any damage done to the premises
or the facility by such dog.
B.
Every individual who is blind, visually handicapped and otherwise physically disabled
shall be entitled to full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, and privileges
of all common carriers, public conveyances or modes of transportation, hotels, lodging
places, places of public accommodation, amusement or resort, and other places to which
the general public is invited, subject only to the conditions and limitations established
by law and applicable to all persons.
