Poundkeeper annual report to the council

This section requires the poundkeeper to send the county council a yearly report of their work for the past year, due by February 1. The council can also ask for other reports whenever it wants.

On or before February 1 of each year, each poundkeeper shall submit to the council of the county a report on his transactions for and during the preceding calendar year. Each poundkeeper shall also furnish to the council such other reports as it may direct. (Prior code § 22-16.8)
