When you can move swill through town

This rule says you cannot haul swill through certain public areas near Paia, Kahului, Wailuku, and Lahaina during daytime hours. It only applies within one mile of those post offices. The ban is from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No person shall remove, transfer, convey or transport any swill through, upon or over any of the public streets, rights-of-way, parks, or public places within a radius of one mile from the post offices at Paia, Kahului, Wailuku and Lahaina, in the county, between the hours of seven a.m. and six p.m. of any day.
