This rule says how gasoline may be sold or delivered to a motor vehicle on public roads, sidewalks, or nearby public spaces in the county. It is narrow and only covers the container and visibility requirements.

No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer for sale, furnish, or deliver gasoline for any motor vehicle in other than sealed containers while such motor vehicle is standing wholly or partially upon the public highway or upon the public sidewalk or upon any space reserved for public sidewalk within any business district in the county, nor at any place upon any public highway in the county, unless the public highway at and in the immediate vicinity of such place shall be plainly visible for a distance of not less than two hundred feet beyond by a person approaching such place.
