Where you can stop to get gas

No person, firm or corporation shall stop or cause to be stopped any motor vehicle
for the purpose of taking on gasoline, wholly or partially, upon the public highway
or public sidewalk or place reserved for the public sidewalk in any business district
of the county, nor at any place upon any public highway in the county, unless the
public highway at and in the immediate vicinity of such place shall be plainly visible
for a distance of not less than two hundred feet beyond by a person approaching such
place.
