No drinking or open liquor in county parking lots

If you have an open container in a car, it must be locked in the trunk or in a spot passengers can't reach. Glove boxes and utility compartments count as reachable areas.

A.
No person shall consume any intoxicating liquor while within the boundaries of any
municipal parking lot.
B.
No person shall possess, while within the boundaries of any municipal parking lot,
any bottle, can or other receptacle containing any intoxicating liquor which has been
opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed, unless
such container is kept in the trunk of a vehicle or kept in such other area of a vehicle
not normally occupied by the driver or passenger, if the vehicle is not equipped with
a trunk. A utility or glove compartment shall be deemed to be within the area occupied
by the driver or passenger.
