The county must put up signs in its parking lots telling people that drinking or having alcohol there is not allowed. The signs must be placed where people using the lots will see them.

The department of public works and the department of parks and recreation, within respect to the parking lots under their respective jurisdiction, shall erect signs informing the public of the applicable prohibitions regarding the consumption and possession of intoxicating liquor in the above-specified areas. Such signs shall be placed in locations reasonably calculated to call the signs to the attention of potential parking lot users. (Ord. 1569 § 1 (part), 1986)
