MCC §8.22.020
When a tobacco product is presumed to be flavored
Read the official text at library.municode.com ↗This section explains when the law automatically assumes a tobacco product is flavored. If a company or seller says it has a flavor, cooling, or numbing effect, or uses words or images suggesting that, the product is presumed flavored. You can still prove otherwise.
